Feel Better Nutrition LLC d/b/a Rest By The Willow

By accessing or enrolling in any service provided by Feel Better Nutrition LLC d/b/a Rest By The Willow — including the 14-Day Reset, Feel Better Membership, individual coaching, or courses — you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Educational Purpose

All services are provided for general education and wellness support only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or healthcare provider regarding individual health concerns.

2. Program Access & Delivery

Program content is delivered through email, video, community platforms (such as WhatsApp or private apps), and other online tools. You are responsible for having access to a reliable internet connection and a valid email address.

3. Privacy & Confidentiality

Participation in group settings (such as chat groups or community forums) requires respect and confidentiality. Sharing personal health stories is optional. Disrespectful or harmful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital content and coaching access, no refunds will be issued once the program begins or access is granted. Please read the program details carefully before purchasing.

5. Use of Materials

All course materials, videos, downloads, and emails are the property of Feel Better Nutrition LLC d/b/a Rest By The Willow and are provided for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share content without written permission.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

If you participate in 1:1 or group coaching, understand that coaching is not therapy or medical care. It is a supportive, collaborative experience focused on goal setting, mindset, habit change, and wellness planning.

7. Technology & Platform Use

You are responsible for managing your access to platforms (such as Zoom, WhatsApp, or the community app). If you experience technical issues, please reach out for support — we’ll do our best to help, but we’re not liable for third-party outages or limitations.

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, pricing, or access at any time. You’ll be notified of major changes that affect your access or experience.
